Elon Musk's Potential Future Plans for GPT

Considering Elon Musk’s connection to open.ai, I wouldn't be surprised if he had plans to use GPT in his businesses or to create new products out of GPT. Elon says Tesla isn't really a car company, it's a data company, specifically for autonomous vehicles. GPT is also a data company but GPT is focused on artificial general intelligence. Elon is always up to something new it seems he could be working on new features and products that implement GPT. Let's take a closer look at what Elon could have planned for GPT.

New Creations

GPT is already more powerful than the well known conversational AI’s like Alexa, Siri and Cortana. All GPT really needed is a voice, so we could see Elon make a purchase for a voice generating AI and Elon could easily get the Tesla team to create the hardware needed.

Tesla

If Elon does make a purchase of voice generating AI then we probably will see GPT be used like Siri in the new Tesla phone Model Pi. We could as we see a similar interface implemented in the first version of the TeslaBot, allowing for Q & A and conversations with the end user. For the Tesla vehicles voice commands could be supercharged by the GPT brain.

NeuroLink

I think when most people think of what the NeuroLink could do i think they think of the questions and answers ability, basically the ability to easily get answers sent to your brain. Well GPT is already on track to be that crucial part of the interface, on the other hand NeuroLink is still behind and they have some crucial problems to address like how can you decipher thought signals into words and words back into brain signals, to me this sounds extremely challenging. Thoughts seem challenging to decipher so that party of NeuroLink seems far off, the ability to move limbs on the other hand is probably much closer.

SpaceX

It seems like every spaceship in science fiction movies has a general artificial intelligence available. Allowing the captain to converse with the ship to analyze its core vitals. Well we could see a version of GPT that could be used to help break down a potential problem, to better understand the problem at hand and as well suggest potential fixes for the problem.

The Boring Company

I predict that Elon Musk will utilize the TeslaBot, when equipped with GPT technology, in toll booths to improve efficiency and automation. This could potentially reduce human error and increase the speed of toll collection. Additionally, the use of GPT technology in the TeslaBot could also allow for more advanced communication and assistance for drivers, such as providing alternative routes or real-time traffic updates.

In conclusion

The fact that GPT is an artificial general intelligence means its implications are vast. The problem with artificial general intelligence is it takes the longest to train out of any type of AI. So we could see other smaller AI companies, that are focused on single use cases like system monitoring, voice generation and language translation, get bought out by open.ai or Elon Musk in the next couple years. All of these are just my theories of what the future of GPT and Elon Musk could look like, I would love to hear your thoughts on the subject and if you agree or not.
